What Have We Been Up To?

Well, pretty much nothing! Obvious, I'm sure, with my lack of blogging!
So, this blog is a little bit of random happenings.
Leigh Ann's birthday was on Sept.19. She came to our house a few weeks later.
As you can tell, she was quite excited and surprised about her birthday present :)
Her FIRST pair of TOMS. Silver and very sparkly, it fits her personality so well!

 Skip forward to last week.
The Rangers made it to the playoffs so of course the Killough house is a happy house!
We had made plans before we knew for sure that they had made the playoffs...so we had to DVR the first game.
Our plans were to go out to dinner with Josh, Shannon, and our friends, Mike and Kasey. We met at a nice little Italian restaurant. We had never been before and it was wonderful!
We are so thankful for our reconnection with Kasey and were very excited to meet her other half! It was a wonderful evening!
We watched the game as soon as we got home. The Rangers unfortunately lost that game, but came back to win the next 3...we are headed to the American League Championship again this year!
I had a doctors appointment on this past Tuesday. We got to hear the heartbeat! We have seen it in the sonograms, but actually hearing it is so exciting!
Because I was experiencing some cramping, the doctor decided to do a sonogram. It is crazy to see how much he had grown in just 3weeks! You could see his face on the screen so clearly! We were able to see the eyes and nose so clearly. But when the doctor printed the picture, everything was blurry. But oh well. All is well and I am now 14 weeks!

Why does it have to be a nug? Can't it just be "the baby"? :)
