Epcot

This morning started out as another early morning.
We were heading to Epcot to have breakfast with the Princesses.
Most of Epcot is divided into different countries (China, Norway, Germany, America, etc.) and our breakfast took place in Norway at the Akershus restaurant.
It was a lot less overwhelming than the character breakfast was.
The food was so good! We started out with a buffet containing fruit, cheeses, bagels, etc. Then they brought out "hot plates" that had eggs, potato casserole, sausage and bacon. YUM! We were stuffed by the time we left!
When we first walked in, Belle was waiting to on us to have a picture with her. Then when we were seated, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Snow White, and Ariel visited us at our table.
When we were done with breakfast, it was time to start the rides. First stop, the Epcot ball. The ride inside is called Spaceship Earth.
Don't let mom and dad fool you! It is one of the slowest rides.
It takes you through time, from the beginning to present.
Your "car" has speakers that explains the history being presented to you. When you first get seated, you pick the language you want to hear it in...my husband jokingly chose Dutch, thinking you could change it...but he couldn't...so we heard everything in Dutch!
Next was the Character Spotting.
The wait was supposedly only 35min...we waited almost an hour...but we got our picture with the characters nonetheless.

Moving right along...
We went to the Finding Nemo ride and the Turtle Talk with Crush. Both were really cute and the kids loved them.
The exit of the Nemo ride leads you into an aquarium with sharks, dolphins, manatees, and several other kinds of fish.
This picture was taken on a ride about the land...it was quite boring but still enjoyable...not to mention a nice break from walking!
When we were done with the land ride, we went to get a snack and while we were eating, the rain came! We were able to get to a gift shop and wait it out.
When the rain stopped, and the non pregnant people rode a ride they had a fastpass to, we headed to China because Mulan was going to be there and Susan really wanted Brynn's picture with her.
Brynn was a little unsure of her, but still gave us a cute picture!
Of course I had to get one too! Mulan is one of my favorite Disney movies.
Sidenote:
I have a wonderful husband that humors me in being in all of these pictures :)
We never made it to the other Countries because the rain returned so we went back to our hotel early.
But we go back to Epcot on Wednesday, I think, and will visit the other countries then.

How dare you say The Land was boring! Grandma would be so disappointed.
