Our sweet Zoey Jane is 8months old today!
Will these posts ever get easy?? I nearly had a break down today when I realized in just 4months, she will be a year old! Time is flying by way to fast!
Oh Zo, this month has been crazy! You have tried all month to figure out the whole crawling thing. But didn't figure it out until last week. But, you did find a way to move around without crawling. It was a combination of sitting, rolling, and sitting up again. It worked well for you. Your crawling though is so cute! Sometimes you crawl on your tiptoes, your knees, or this adorable little hopping thing. Even after a few days, it's beginning to look a little more natural and you're also getting pretty fast at it.
You have even pulled up! It isn't constant yet, but you work really hard at it and sometimes make it all the way up.
Your personality is also starting to become more distinct. I can tell you are going to be dramatic and also have a bit of a temper (Lord help us all). But, on the upside, you can be so silly and make me laugh out loud! I love your smile and you show it all the time!
You are wearing mostly size 9month clothes. I have packed up most of your size 6mos-6/9mos clothes.
In diapers, you're wearing size 3 in Pampers Cruisers.
Your favorite toys include your Fischer Price Elephant, one teething ring imparticular, and of course your stacking cups!
Some of your favorite foods are cauliflower, PEARS, apple sauce, and oatmeal (with cinnamon).
You have cut your first front tooth and that has made it easier to eat cereal bars (without eggs!!), chicken, and even some turkey!
A lot of big mile stones have been reached this month. It's hard to accept that my baby is growing so big, but she is healthy and full of life...and that brings me joy!
