A Very-Merry Christmas Party

*WARNING*
Long Post Ahead!
First of all, let me start out by saying, Happy 1yr Gotcha Day to Brynn Ai Xin!!
One year ago, on Nov. 29th, Brynn was given to her Forever Family!
It was also my 25th birthday...I know, I am so old now!
We had tickets to the Very-Merry Christmas Party , but that was 7pm-12am, and we didn't have dinner reservations until 4:50. That meant, we had the morning off! It was much needed after our late nights and early mornings.
Brad and I chose to start the day off by sleeping in, having a late breakfast, then doing some sight seeing. After we showered and ate, we caught the Monorail.
We were on our way to the beautiful  Grand Floridian hotel, but since the monorail stopped by the Polynesian hotel on the way, we decided to get off and take a look around that hotel first. It was pretty, but really the best part was the waterfall that was in the center of the entryway.
Next stop, the Grand Floridian! This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! There were two weddings going on while we were there!
Look at this Christmas tree...HUGE and GORGEOUS!
This gingerbread house is also there!
Why, yes, of course we bought a gingerbread cookie from the gingerbread house! It was YUMMY!
When we were done looking at hotels too expensive for us, we headed to the Magic Kingdom to ride a few rides before we met up with the family.
First stop, the Haunted Mansion!
It is a popular one among the older family members...not so much to the kids!
Then one of my favorites, the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.
In case you didn't know, I am a big Pooh fan and ALWAYS have been!
How cute is this?
You get to ride in a "hunny" jar!
We were meeting the family outside of the Pirates ride, but got there about 20min early, and the wait for the ride was only 10min (super short for this ride), so we hopped on!
When we got done, Jack Sparrow was in the middle of his show.
Look closely and you can see how much he resembles Johnny Depp from the actual movies!
DINNER TIME!
Did I mention that it was my 25th birthday, and I am a HUGE Winnie the Pooh?
Well, I am and my mom scheduled for us to have dinner with Pooh and the gang! I was pretty much in Heaven!
We saw Piglet, Pooh, Eeyore, and of course Tigger!

Mom made sure they new it was my birthday was I was given a card signed by Pooh and his friends, a cup cake, and everyone joined this man in singing happy birthday!
It was a great birthday and I couldn't have asked for a better "party"!
After dinner, it was time to visit some other characters that were all decked out in their Christmas clothes. First stop, Mickey and Minnie of course!
Then, Belle and her Beast!
Time now for Mickey's Once Upon Christmastime Parade.
It was a very energetic, fast moving, Christmas parade.
This time, Christopher Robin joined his friends!
Clarabelle's float, the gingerbread house, actually smelled like gingerbread! Mmmm, it smelled so good and was so cute!
It was a great way to start off the Christmas season!
I am officially in full Christmas mode now!
