Fun in the Sun

Today we had planned on going to the sprinkler park with Shannon and Daniel, but they are already closed for the year. So we decided to go to Shan's house to put her new pool to use.

Zoey still didn't LOVE it, but she didn't cry for as long...so that's progress!

If you are wondering why the kids aren't looking at me...

 ...it's because there were two cameras battling for their attention.

 I could take a million pictures of my baby's profile. I know it will not always look like a chubby baby, so I will take lots and cherish them all!

 The littles played and played (I promise, Zoey was happy!) for well over an hour!

 Then it was time to dry off so we could eat our picnic lunch.

 Since it was SO hot outside, and no breeze blowing, we decided to move the picnic into the air conditioned kitchen. As you can tell, Zoey and Daniel didn't care.

After lunch, we got to Skype with Uncle Joshie. Then home for a bath and a nap!

We had so much fun in the sun!
